About the Role As an Experience Lead, you’ll be more than a support worker — you’ll coach, mentor, and lead a high-performing team around our clients. Your role will focus on:
Leading by example in person-centred support
Monitoring and improving service quality
Supporting support workers on shift with best practice
Managing risk, complaints, and incidents with compassion and clarity
Auditing documentation to ensure compliance
Celebrating meaningful outcomes with clients and staff
You’ll Thrive If You Have:
A Cert IV (or above) in Disability, Community Services, Allied Health or similar
5+ years' experience in disability or community services
Confidence managing complex needs and leading teams
An NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
Working With Children Check - VIC
A driver’s licence and access to a vehicle with Comprehensive Insurance
Current First aid and CPR
Your Core Skills You bring hands-on experience and leadership in:
Behaviour Support & Positive Behaviour Strategies
Mental Health & Emotional Regulation Support
Autism Awareness & Communication Adaptation
Medication Assistance & Health Monitoring
Mobility Support & Manual Handling
Documentation, Incident Response & Compliance
Pay Rates CEL Level 2.3 (Part-Time) Home Care Employee - SCHADS Includes annual and personal leave (pre-tax):
Day shift: $35.51 per hour
Afternoon shift (ends between 8pm–midnight, Mon–Fri): $39.95 per hour
Active night shift (finishes after midnight or starts before 6am, Mon–Fri): $40.84 per hour
Saturday: $53.27 per hour
Sunday: $71.02 per hour
Public holiday: $88.78 per hour
