Key Responsibilities
  • Strategically match Support Workers with Clients based on skills, availability, and individual needs.
  • Optimise workforce allocation to maximise efficiency and service continuity.
  • Responding to calls, tickets, and emails with speed and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with Client Experience & Intake Managers to develop high-performing Support Worker teams.
  • Identify workforce gaps, analyse trends, and implement proactive solutions to ensure service continuity.
  • Act as a key escalation point for complex rostering challenges, providing expert guidance and resolution strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with the SCHADS award and industry regulations while balancing business objectives.

About You
You are an experienced Scheduler with a proven track record in scheduling or rostering within a high-volume environment. 
  • Supercharged attention to detail & time management mastery.
  • Demonstrated experience in scheduling or rostering (Disability, Health, or related industries preferred).
  • Confidence using systems like Carelink and Microsoft Office.
  • A strategic mindset with the capability to identify and implement workforce optimisation initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-first approach.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Working with Children Check (Employee)
