We are seeking three passionate female Disability Support Workers to join our team and provide exceptional care and support to a client in a Supported Independent Living (SIL) home in Zillmere. If you're dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of people living with disabilities, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
Provide 1:1 support to a wonderful client in their daily living activities, including medication management, mental health support, and community access
Implement tailored support plans based on individual needs
Assist the participant in living more independently and confidently
Be a compassionate and reliable presence in their home, helping with daily tasks, social activities, and outings
Shifts: This role involves working on a two-week rotating roster. You must be fully available for both weeks.

Current First Aid and CPR
