Disability Support Worker- Brandy Hill

Nextt are seeking passionate and motivated Disability Support Workers to join our friendly and growing team in Brandy Hill!

Shifts Available 

• Consistent morning shifts: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM
• Available Monday to Sunday – choose the days that suit you

About the Role

As a Disability Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in helping our clients live with dignity, independence, and joy. Your day might include:
 

• Personal care and continence support
• Mobility assistance and manual handling
• Medication administration and behaviour support
• Complex care (e.g. pressure area, wound, or bowel care)
• Light household tasks and companionship

You’ll often be working in a small, close-knit team of two, ensuring safety and quality care.

What You’ll Need 

• NDIS Worker Screening Check (current)
• Working with Children Check (current)
• Australian Driver's Licence & Comprehensive Car Insurance
• Completion of the NDIS Orientation Module: Quality, Safety and You
• First Aid & CPR (current)

Pay Rates 

SCHADS Award E3.1 Casual Rates (before tax): 
 

• Base hourly rate: $33.96
• Afternoon shift (shift ends between 8pm and midnight, Monday to Friday): $37.36
• Active Night shift (Finishes after midnight or starts before 6am, Monday to Friday)  $38.04
• Saturday: $47.55
• Sunday: $61.13
• Public holiday: $74.72
