Community Health and Quality Officer

Mansfield Shire Council is looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and community focused individual to take up the role of Community Health and Quality Officer. The successful applicant will provide quality customer service through partnership development ensuring operational efficiency, promotion of services, health and wellbeing projects, facilitation of networks, and program development for the Community Health and Wellbeing team.

Reporting to the Coordinator Community Strengthening, the role also includes responsibility for the day-to-day operational management of the functions associated with Community Health and Wellbeing team, ensuring that any relevant legislative requirements are adhered to by program staff. They will develop, implement and evaluate projects and initiatives with the view to increase and improve community access and participation in health and wellbeing initiatives.

Remuneration will be based on Band 5 Level A classification $74,317.88 per annum plus superannuation according to the Mansfield Shire Council Enterprise Agreement 2024.
