Why this role matters As the first point of contact at The Orange Door (Bentleigh), the Site Admin Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting people seeking safety and support. About the role We are seeking a dedicated Site Administration Coordinator to support vulnerable individuals as their first point of contact, coordinate essential services, manage dynamic administrative systems, and ensure smooth program delivery—making a real difference every day in the lives of those seeking safety and support. Reporting to the Team Leader, this is a Full-time, Max term (12 months) role, located in Bentleigh, Victoria. Compensation is in accordance with SCHADS Award Level 4 You will successfully; Be a trusted first point of contact, offering calm, compassionate support to people seeking safety and guidance during life’s most vulnerable moments. Play a key role in service delivery, working closely with practitioners and team leaders to ensure smooth coordination and impactful outcomes for clients. Use your organisation and communication skills to manage program enquiries, data collection, reporting, and essential admin that keeps vital services running. Create a welcoming, professional environment, ensuring the space, systems, and interactions leave a lasting positive impression on every visitor. You will have; A Relevant Business qualification, such as Certificate IV or Diploma in Business Administration (desired) Degree qualification in welfare, community development or related field or relevant experience Experience working in a fast-paced environment of social and community services programs. Experience within an NFP or family violence sector is desirable. Demonstrated experience in high level administration responsibilities Understanding of MARAM responsibilities Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, and able to use technology and software applications effectively in accordance with task requirements Demonstrated experience in management of systems and processes.
