Anglicare is seeking a dedicated Senior Support Analyst- Audio Visual to provide high-quality, hands-on support for audio-visual systems across our organisation. About the Role: Provide Level 1 & 2 AV support for meetings, events, and video conferencing systems across multiple sites. Set up, operate, and troubleshoot AV equipment including projectors, digital displays, microphones, speakers, cameras, and control systems. Support Windows/Mac environments and ensure AV integrations work smoothly with platforms like MS Teams, Zoom, and conferencing hardware. Manage AV incidents via ticketing system; resolve technical issues promptly in line with SLAs and ITIL best practices. Provide onsite and remote assistance, including AV system checks and meeting/event support. Maintain an AV knowledge base and contribute to training and process documentation. Coordinate with vendors and facilities teams for AV installations, upgrades, and maintenance. Qualifications and Skills: Relevant IT or AV qualification or equivalent hands-on experience. Familiarity with AV technologies such as Crestron, Logitech, Poly, Teams Rooms, or similar systems. Understanding of Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, and basic networking. Excellent communication skills, with a strong customer service mindset. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability, especially under time pressure.
