About the Role: We are seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator for a Max Term- Full Time (12 months) placement based in THQ Blackburn, VIC. Purpose of the Role: The Senior Marketing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver marketing content, collateral, campaigns, and projects for TSA. This role manages branded collateral and content across all channels, supporting the marketing function through efficient coordination and agile methodologies. By streamlining processes and enhancing delivery of branded resources, the role contributes to building ongoing marketing capacity for TSA. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Marketing Service Helpdesk Management Manage the marketing service helpdesk function and triage collateral/content requests per brand guidelines and policies. Support the marketing team by responding to all marketing queries. Implement agile methodologies to manage departmental workflow across all channels. Marketing Coordination and Project Support Provide high-level coordination and project support to ensure timely stakeholder deliverables. Foster internal collaboration to build and refine TSA’s marketing capacity. Coordinate traffic management, production, collateral, content, and campaign activities. Digital Asset Library Management Manage TSA’s digital asset library, including images, videos, stories, and branding assets. Ensure stakeholder access while maintaining brand integrity. Apply proactive and proficient content management processes and policies. Brand Compliance and Information Safety Ensure branding activities align with legislation, TSA policy, values, and Codes of Practice. Safely and methodically store sensitive personal information (e.g., beneficiary images, interviews). Departmental Reporting and Analytics Manage and coordinate all departmental reporting for the marketing function. Measure, analyse, and evaluate marketing communications performance. Help identify content and tactics driving engagement and strategic conversion. Stakeholder and Project Collaboration Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver projects. Apply a service-style approach to all project delivery activities. About You: Professional Qualifications: Tertiary degree in marketing/communications (or related discipline). Skills and Knowledge required: At least 2 years’ experience in a similar marketing role with responsibility for collateral and content development and project co-ordination across various channels in large and complex organisations. Proven experience in writing, reviewing and developing comprehensive marketing briefs and production schedules across various marketing channels. A proven track record in delivering on time and to brief for marketing collateral and content adopting an agile and/or proficient way of working achieving proven efficiencies and ROI. Proven understanding of marketing communications across a range of channels (online and offline), contexts and sectors. Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, projects and campaigns, adhering to timelines, implementing a proactive and proficient way of working Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the proven ability to proactively manage stakeholders across all levels of the organisation, adopting a client service approach to communication and marketing service delivery.
