About the Role Anglicare is seeking a highly skilled Senior Applications Analyst to play a key role in the support and continuous improvement of our enterprise applications, with a primary focus on the Epicor ERP system. This role is essential in ensuring the reliability, performance, and strategic enhancement of systems that enable our organisation to deliver services efficiently and effectively. Based in our Digital & Technology team, this permanent full-time role offers the opportunity to work across business units, act as a subject matter expert, and deliver technology solutions that truly make a difference. Key Responsibilities Provide expert support and configuration of Anglicare’s ERP (Epicor) and other enterprise applications. Ensure integration, compliance, and data governance standards are maintained. Contribute to projects and system upgrades, driving improvements to functionality and user experience. Manage user access, roles, and delegations in line with IAM and security policies. Partner with business stakeholders to refine and optimise business processes. Deliver high-quality support and incident management, aligned with ITIL best practices. Maintain documentation, knowledge bases, and training materials to support end-user adoption. Support a customer-first culture by proactively monitoring feedback and driving system adoption. Key Skills and Experience: Demonstrated experience in application support or analyst role, with solid ERP experience (Epicor preferred). Strong understanding of enterprise systems, change management, and ITIL frameworks. Proven ability to analyse business needs and translate them into technical solutions. Ability to clearly communicate and work collaboratively across business and technical teams. Strong problem-solving mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement.
