WHY THIS ROLE STANDS OUT: You’ll be: The bridge between frontline care, digital tools, and information technology partners The engine room behind smarter scheduling, AN-ACC funding and system optimisation A fixer, a strategist, and a coach – all rolled into one ABOUT THE ROLE: Reporting to the General Manager – Residential Services, you’ll lead two key national teams: Scheduling and AN-ACC. Your mission? Ensure our systems are humming, our data is sharp, and our care delivery is supported to be effective and relationship focused. From optimising rostering platforms to steering aged care tech adoption, you’ll be the driver of digital enablement for aged care operations at scale. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR: You're a natural systems thinker with a sharp operational edge. You've led multidisciplinary teams, wrangled IT partners, and elevated user experience with calm clarity. Residential aged care background? Even better. If you're passionate about making systems work for people, not the other way around, this is your calling.
