The NDIS Support Worker provides support to people with disabilities assisting them to achieve their goals of community participation, skill development and increased independence. This role is for clients based in Parkes, Forbes and Canowindra in Central West NSW. All shifts - Weekday and Weekends Casual position Be a part of a supportive and dedicated team Use your experience to make a real difference NFP Salary Packaging Your role will be: To support our participants increase their capacity with their everyday activities such as cooking, cleaning and personal care To help prevent social isolation and encourage participation in activities. Developing activities for participants when they are unable to access the community to stimulate and promote engagement.
