Finance Business Partner Residential Services

We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to join our finance team based at our head office location at Wayville!

Reporting to the Manager of Finance, you will be responsible for the provision of management accounting services for Resthaven’s Residential Services programs including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, reporting and provision of strategic advice and providing support to our Residential Service Managers.  You will also work closely with the corporate accountant providing a range of accounting services across Resthaven. This is permanent full-time opportunity and will suit people with similar backgrounds wanting to take the next step in their finance career!

You will have:

• Qualification in Finance/Accounting with five years post graduate work experience
• Eligibility for membership of a Professional Accounting Body
• Experience with computerised accounting systems
• Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of programs including an advanced working knowledge of Excel
• Ability to analyse and interpret financial and accounting reports report/amend discrepancies
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including demonstrated experience interacting with a wide range of people
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
