You will play a key role in the maintenance and cleanliness of our client’s home which will make a real difference to residents' quality of life. You will also be responsible for the following tasks: Assist clients with household tasks including tidying, cleaning, laundry, and ironing, in accordance with the client’s domestic support plan and utilising appropriate equipment and supplies. Work within The Salvation Army Workplace Health and Safety policy, procedures, and guidelines, including in relation to safe driving, manual handling and infection prevention and control. Maintain respectful, effective communication and professional boundaries with clients and their informal carers, and with the SHC team. Complete mandatory training and contribute as a member of the SHC team, participating in staff meetings, quality improvement, and learning and development activities. Good communication skills, including fluency in written and spoken English Ability to use a smart mobile phone.
