Resthaven Fleurieu Peninsula Community Services have a permanent full-time Clinical Lead opportunity.
We’re seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Lead to join our dedicated team in the beautiful Fleurieu Peninsula region. In this pivotal role, you’ll lead clinical care delivery, support and mentor staff, and ensure excellence in client outcomes within a supportive, values-driven not for profit community environment.

Salary $115,349.59 base (plus superannuation and salary packaging component).

About You:
- Demonstrated experience in providing leadership and guidance, in addition to excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Coordination of the planning, implementation and evaluation of service outcomes and nursing care standards
- Identification of client care needs, plan interventions and review outcomes of care
- Maintaining accurate and legally appropriate documentation of nursing services
- Practicable knowledge of current Aged Care legislation and accreditation standards
- Current AHPRA registration
- Current Drivers' licence
