Role Overview: As a Change Manager, you will provide hands-on change management planning and delivery across allocated Tier 1-3 projects. You will work closely with Project Managers to ensure readiness, adoption, and the successful implementation of sustainable change for our employees, clients, and suppliers. Key Responsibilities: Change Planning & Delivery: Provide hands-on change management support throughout the project lifecycle, including conducting change impact analysis across allocated projects. Track and report the progress of change being delivered on allocated projects to contribute to a portfolio view. Develop fit-for-purpose change plans and execute these plans in collaboration with all relevant stakeholders. Collaborate closely with Project Managers, working groups, and key stakeholders to ensure the success of projects. Ensure the smooth adoption and deployment of changes introduced by the project. Continuously assess progress, gather feedback, measure effectiveness, and adjust based on insights gathered. Change Readiness: Assess business readiness prior to change delivery. Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure projects run within the guardrails of Anglicare’s change framework. Qualifications, skills and experience required: 5+ years’ experience in leading change management delivery on projects in large organizations. Proven experience of planning, developing, and delivering change in a collaborative style through engagement, communications, and training. Demonstrated experience in successfully leading change programs with diverse, multidisciplinary teams, and delivering services to a high standard to meet change management, project delivery, and business performance criteria. Demonstrated experience in managing and executing change activities across multiple initiatives and streams (e.g., Change Impact Assessments, Communications, Engagement, Learning Solutions, Business Readiness Assessment, and Success Measures). Demonstrated ability to design learning solutions to bridge skill gaps created by the change. Appropriate tertiary qualifications in Business or equivalent are essential, with a recognized Change Management certification (e.g., PROSCI, Change Management Institute). Experience working or volunteering in Aged Care, Health, or Community organizations is desirable. Advanced change management skills, with a developed understanding of the project lifecycle, change documentation, change readiness, and methodologies.
