As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will take the lead in developing and maintaining reporting solutions, ensuring data plays a strategic role in operational and long-term decision-making. You will enhance data models, dashboards, and reports, driving consistency in key metrics and insights while enabling leaders to make data-informed decisions. Key Responsibilities Design and maintain insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI. Lead data-driven projects from ideation to execution. Extract, clean, and transform raw data into meaningful metrics. Enhance existing data models to unlock deeper insights. Collaborate with Seniors Communities leadership to define reporting needs. Ensure data governance and accuracy across business functions. Train and support team members in BI tools and data interpretation. Drive best practices in reporting, analytics, and data storytelling. Key Skills & Qualifications Advanced Power BI and SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. Strong ability to visualize and communicate complex data clearly. Experience with data modelling, ETL processes, and data warehousing. Excellent stakeholder engagement and problem-solving abilities. Proactive mindset with a strategic approach to data analysis. An understanding of how systems and processes impact data quality, with the ability to identify and recommend improvements to enhance data quality Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Analytics, or related fields. 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics. Experience in healthcare or aged care (preferred). Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (Databricks, Azure, AWS). Why Join Anglicare?
