About the Role Anglicare is seeking a compassionate and experienced Allied Health Team Leader to join our Seniors Communities team on a permanent, full-time basis at Castle Hill. Reporting to the Care Operations Manager, you will lead a multidisciplinary allied health team to deliver person-centred care, supporting residents’ independence through restorative and chronic condition management. Key Responsibilities: Leadership Inspire and guide a team of physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and psychologists to deliver empathetic care. Foster a collaborative ‘one team’ culture across the village. Conduct performance reviews and mentoring to build team capability. Operational Management Oversee service delivery, ensuring compliance with aged care standards and funding models. Monitor KPIs and budgets to drive continuous improvement. Maintain a reduced client caseload to stay connected to service delivery. Stakeholder Engagement Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external health partners. Promote the Allied Health team’s services within the community. Safety and Risk Champion a culture of safety, managing risks and incidents effectively. Christian Care Uphold Anglicare’s Christian mission and support spiritual care opportunities. Key Skills: Strong leadership and team management across multidisciplinary teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement. Knowledge of Support at Home funding and aged care reforms. Clinical decision-making and problem-solving. Qualifications and Experience: Qualification in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Psychology, or related field. Current AHPRA registration. 5+ years’ experience in aged care or community settings. Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams. Current driver’s licence and computer skills. Want to Join?
